Promises and Follow Through

The election season brings promises to the forefront. Each candidate is full of them, and people vote for empty promises. It is most unfortunate that people don’t think through the idea or promise to really understand what is on the other side. Here is a cause….what is the effect? Once the voting is done and some time goes by…you get the real, sometimes unhappy story.

In developing new business and clients, the same process takes place. Promises are made, but what is the follow through? The follow through is what your reputation is built on and what the client remembers.

Do it right….and the client will vote early AND often.
